  1. Hi, thanks for sharing. 1/72 scale version (designed for ModelsVit Su-20) coming as well. ETA Mid-January 2024. Wish you all an amazing 2024! Amaru
  2. Shorter noses as well. In consideration for 2025.
  3. I had some fun last week building Airfix 1/48 Hawker Hunter F.4. I finished this somewhat demanding kit as a machine from 14 EscuadrĂ³n Caza Interceptor of the Peruvian Air Force stationed in Chiclayo during 1958, built using CMK Hawker Hunter interior and landing gear set, decorated with Vespa Models VMKD 48002 South American Hunters and armed with VMKP 48004 Oerlikon SURA rockets. I hope you all like it. BR from Lima Amaru
  4. Hi Vespa Models just released a SURA rocket set in 1/48 scale. Amaru
  5. Hello Martin According to my refs apart from the Soviet IFF there should be nothing but panels there. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bYcMvO57zYXdJffyeOh9jNq4mnHzVTL3/view?usp=share_link Amaru
  6. I agree with you. They have some *acceptable* kits. End product depends if the subject is developed by A or B team, as far as I have noted...
  7. I was under the impression that they were working on an 1/48 as well...
  8. Hmmm this might be an unpopular opinion to some but I would strongly advise to those willing to build a Battle to wait for the FROMM one. After their Whirlwind fiasco I know I will.
  9. Decals are just available on my website, pre-orders are being shipped now !! The slots were inherited from the 1/48 version, as the Kittyhawk required additional clearing in that area.just fill them up Best wishes from Lima Amaru
  10. I noticed a bit of a shrinkage issues with some batches. I will discuss this with my caster as the original master is a perfect match with Modelsvit part. Also I could suggest warm water to the area in order to expand the area just enough. Great update! I am getting close on the 1/48 nose for the Fitter F... Regards from Lima and Merry Christmas
  11. Hello any of these offerings from ModelsVit can be used, since Vespa conversion had the full tail with both types of tail fins (for use with twin seaters U and UM) Best regards from Lima Amaru
  12. I might be able to find a few copies from Jorge Nuñez Padín, but is kinda long shot. Have you tried Ebay? Regards Amaru
  13. Hello A couple of good references for Peruvian Fitters: Latin Wings 4, from Jorge Nuñez Padin and yours truly. Also Air Wars between Ecuador and PerĂº 2 & 3 have nice pictures and colour profiles of operational FAP Fitters. Amaru
  14. Hi It will depend of "which Iraqi Fitter" you want to build. If is a Fitter C, of course, there is the excellent ModelsVit. However, Iraq, being one -if not the largest- Fitter user of them all, also operated the Tumansky engined-long nosed "Fitter F", featured in our upcoming 1/72 and 1/48 decal sheets. That particular version requires a whole new nose section (as per the case of the 1/48 model) but, since the Modelsvit kit is a single piece fuselage it will present additional surgical requirements to the modeller. At this time I am still studying the way to simplify the conversion process. Best wishes from Lima Amaru
  15. Hi No, M2 will be a Vespa Models unique product. Best wishes from Lima Amaru
  16. Next from us is the Ju-88G-7 conversion in 1/48 (for DML) and 1/72 (Hasegawa), including new engines, props, nose, instruments and even pilot armored seat. As for the Arados, scimitar wings and turboprops are some of the goodies on their way. Regards, Amaru in Lima
  17. Thank you!! I only have so much time!!! But other interesting Dornier 335 conversions are indeed on the pipeline, but first we will fancy you with some Junkers and Arados...
  18. Released! South American Hunters, 1/48 scale decal sheet for Chilean and Peruvian air force Hunters. Designe for Airfix F.4 and F.6 kits. $18 Dollars plus p&p. For the moment we are taking orders from our FB fan page or via private message. https://web.facebook.com/VespaModelKits Thanks for looking! Amaru in Lima
  19. No need to panic about this IMHO, as this was expected to happen for a long time. However, I will give it 10+ years till the price of this kind of printers made it available to the average modeller. Regards, Amaru in Lima

  21. Set is ready for production, only a minor detail missing: inclusion of metal radar antennas and supports (which will increase the price in about $5) Let me hear your opinions, all will be considered, Follow us in Instagram; https://www.instagram.com/p/COAdATRLrYN/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link and Facebook: http:// https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=512334306816291&id=108517467197979 Thanks for looking!
