    Just a thought - the same precautionary measures such as keeping distance and wearing face masks seem to have had a relatively large effect on the common flu the last two seasons. 

    Maybe they're on to something? I'm good with keeping some more distance and occasionally wearing a mask if it helps avoiding influenza. Ditto the next variant that comes along. 

     

    Yes, the next variant. I'm an experienced optimist and am reasonably convinced we're stuck with this virus strain for the coming decennium. 
    For the simple reason that Europe and North America constitute only 10% of the world population.  Can we please stop pretending we're alone in the world? 

     

     

    I'm pretty sure masks would help during flu seasons. I know even before this I'd wash my hands after riding the bus and it cut down on colds a lot.
