    Tamiya 1/12th Porsche 934 'Wrangler'

Looking very good. I have often got seatbelts to lay flat on the seat with a small touch of superglue on the back of the harness.

    Tamiya 1:20 1993 Newman-Haas Indycar

Watching this with interest; I have 2 of these in my cabinet, the road course version that you are building, and the oval racing version (using the Duracell Dick Simon model and an aftermarket decal sheet). Both are Mansell builds. This race car is my all time favourite and I loved watching Mansell driving it in 1993. The model goes together quite well, although I do not like the way the join in the monocoque at the front of the model is visible. As you have experienced, some of the decaling is a challenge as well. Good luck with the rest of the build.

    BRZ Street Custom

Just ordered this model and likely to be my next build. Any recent updates?

    Aston Martin DBR9 Airfix 1/32

Great looking body shell and nice detail work.
  5. Any progress on this. I would like to follow this build as I fancy getting the kit and building it next year.
  6. Looking good. I have been following this build with interest as I have the Tamiya kit in my stash. What primer have you used? I used to use Halfords but now only go with Tamiya Fine Surface primer, which is expensive but does not need sanding down and so cuts a lot of time from preparation.
  7. I have enjoyed looking at this build. Are you going to spray clear coat on the model when decaled, to seal them in?
  8. Hi Jamme, I have changed my profile name; 'Perfectionist' was used in haste and after some thought decided it wasn't right. Looking forward to the finished build.
  9. Hi, Newbie here. This looks excellent and a great build.
