  1. Thanks for that Jack. Great, detailed explanation on that site. I can go to sleep now!! Worry free.!!
  2. I am building the M4A3 75mm Gun version late production Sherman (Tamiya kit no 35250) The wheels have spokes on one side and are smooth on the other. The picture on the box cover shows the smooth side being used, but most builds I have seen have used the spoked side. There is an option to use either obviously. Anybody know which one is correct or does it really matter. This is a link to a picture of the kit and you can plainly see the smooth side has been selected. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Tamiya-1-35-No-250-Sherman-M4A3-Model-Kit-75mm-Gun-Late-Production-/222799423292
  3. Thanks Corsair. Can you give me the link please.Cant seem to find it anywhere. Tried typing group build in search. Doesnt come up with anything.
  4. Really useful info here. http://www.theshermantank.com/tag/road-wheels/
  5. Think I have worked it out thanks. Two options are given. You can choose to have smooth or spoked side visible. Must have been a variant.
  6. Hi Steve Pretty sure they are the right way round. Take a look at this pic. That is what they look like on my model. The spoked side is on the inside. http://www.tamiya.com/english/products/35250sherman75/sherman75_4.htm
  7. Hi Just started to build the M4A3 Sherman 1/35 from Tamiya. Confused by the wheels. They have spokes on one side but smooth(no spokes) on the other side. When assembled the spokes are on the inside. What is the point of spokes if no one sees them?
