Thanks for the kind comments. The filletless tail is a Tamika option for the earlier P-51D although this was one of my mistakes. In my haste I joined the fuselage with the wrong tail and had to very carefully chop and cut it out to replace. Near disastrous.

Just finished Tamiya's P51D. Few extras and lots of mistakes that had to be repaired. Took far longer than it should have.

Thanks for all your comments, much appreciated. The ladder was the eduard euro fighter one, bit fiddly and glad I had a photo etch bending tool. I have nearly finished a 1/48 tamiya lanc that I have been building on and off for a while so will add when done. Next project after this is the new 1/24 airfix typhoon, looks a great kit and no PE parts in sight!
