I remember building a CR450 first time round

I did find this, this builder didn't seem to rate the quality of the kit. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=62755&page=1 Sadly the Simil R kits don't seem to be rated for their quality in general

We use LIDAR in work, we've found it to be inaccurate, sometimes up 500mm lets hope it's more accurate in this application

It's not a MK1, it's actually a MKIII series 1 RS Turbo. The grill isnt the only difference, the RST came with a RS body kit, which is a lower front spoiler, wheel arches, side skirts all of which are colour coded along with the grill and rear spoiler and bumpers. The RST also came with a set of RS alloy wheels, RS decal on the side and front Recaro seats. Pretty much all of the RST's where produced in white, with the exception of a small number in red and an even smaller number In black. I'm not 100% but I think only the RST and the RS1600i came with rear opening windows, were as the XR3/3i's where not openable. Both the XR3/3i and the RST shared the same CVH engine, albeit with different internals

As per the title I'm looking for a Yoshimura Suzuki GS1000R kit, would anybody know where I may find one ?

Stunning work, how do you get the carbon to take to all the different contours on one peice, do you do it in more than one carbon decal?

Nice work, I must get mine started soon. I've got two hobby design detail kits but I've decided I'm only going to build one Panigale now.

Interesting Phil, I have two of the hobby design detail sets on the way, what are they like in the flesh? Undecided on whether I'll build one Red and a Senna or one WSBK, or possibly all three. Apologies for the thread hijack Dave.
