If you can find it the Airfix Skyhawk is a fun and easy little build. Emphasis on little.

      Well worth considering.

I agree with Howlindawg with the Vampire. I got two of them. If you have a Home Bargains store near you they where in there for £3-odd.

I think our f35 had a "stealth" roundel on the side, with the 2 usmc f35's having us markings on their sides and on their wings

  8. The week after I finished a Cyberhobby 1:200 Vulcan from Ebay as XH558, my LMS decides to start stocking 5 of them at a reduced price! Needless to say, i bought another one :P

Eminently sensible to get the hard work in early. You have your goal - go for it! I wish you well.

But don't forget to factor in some downtime to answer the Shackleton's siren call.

    4. cathasatail

      cathasatail

Oh I have been trying to do both! Thanks :) After doing some work on opposition to Alexander II, I spent an hour from 9 to 10 cutting an oblong hole in the Shackleton-enabling the internals to be seen clearly :P

  13. 100th post woo hoo! *congratulates self* :P
