  1. So more sanding has been done rear wings have been cut down and added and sanding has started to flush them to the fuselage thanks for reading more to come
  2. I'm not sure what will happen to my spares yet, the wings will be the right length according to the cross sectional drawings that I purchased and the wing length is still to change as I have to cut and sand in the contours of the rear fuselage to allow the flush fit of the rear wings, The engines wouldn't as they are not directly in line they are actually inbetween the in board engines and the fuselage but would suffer aero dynamic issues but still it's a fictional airframe so who are we to quibble Also as a side note you will need two c-17's unless you plan on a lot of scratch building
  3. No it's my fault no worries many thanks for fixing it for me
  4. Why has this been moved into a group build its just a work in progress I had posted it in the aircraft wip section and the what if section and it been deleted from the whip section and moved into the group build section from the aircraft wip section could this get rectified please
  5. Just dry fitted the wings to see how it looksand I quite like how it's going
  6. Abit more done this evening mainly around the extension of the forward fuselage making the join as seamless as possible I used my own cocktail of plastic and poly cement as a filler
  7. Here is my build thread for my Marvel agents of shield MCV aka the bus I built a revell c-17 when it was first released with only the US air force decals and it was rubbish as I was a relatively inexperienced modeller at the time anyway I recently acquired a second c17 and with my current obsession with mate vel agents of shield and what it's I decided the old c17 was for the chop so under the knife, file and many other torturous devices they have gone and I am making progress to building the MCV from the tv show marvel agents of shield as you will see I am rubbish at build threads I don't really show my workings but more progress made after the work is done lol I am sorry for this but am happy to answer any questions that you guys might have
