  7. Hi Ian, Lovely model of a Sharp plane. Always had a soft Spot for the Starfighter. Can you tell me which colors you used and where to get the decals from you mentioned? Have this kit too and would like to build it as a Marineflieger witth this paint scheme too. Well done mate. Cheers, Michael

  9. Very nice Build. Is it the Airfix kit Supermarine Seafire FR.46/FR.47 1:48 - A06103? Out of the box? I Love this build and would definitely get the kit too if one can Build such a nice model out of it. Cheers, Michael

  11. by the way that "lump" is indeed the clear part no. C36 of the kit and is supposed to be the light. But it looks very large on the pic Mixup1 has posted. Another question - shouldn't the underside of the rudders be painted in aluminium instead of black and white? I got a masking set for the (Airfix) Spitfire Mk. 1 and it comes with painting instuctions as well. And there it says that the underside of the rudders are in aluminium color. Anyone knows more about what is right? Cheers, Michael

  13. Hi Sean, This sounds very interesting. I am a newbie and have an Eduard Spitfire which I want to build. At the moment I am building another kit but the Spit is one gone be one of the nexts. If your are interested in the feedback of a newbie - so a group of people who can use tools which make painting easier - and are willing to ship to Switzerland, I am more than happy to test it out.
