  1. SAAB makes very good products. Among them are airplanes and weapon systems but those cant match russian jet fighters. Draken, lansen, viggen and grippen are inferior to make mig-21, mig-29, su-27 and others.
  2. I've read about that later. Didn't know really.
  3. Yes the T-72 from Revell is a good plastic kit, easy to build. I wanted to convert it to yugoslav M-84 but I gave up in the end due to lack of resin parts.
  4. Nice tank. Well done. I was looking to buy one of these and I've taken Revell T-72 instead with GDR markings.
  5. I was convinced that there was more 21s than 15s. Sorry.
  6. operators list is incomplete. Yugoslavia also had 10 of these.
  7. It looks good to me. Such a shame it has only slovakian decals. GDR, Bulgaria and Romania also had OKA systems.
  8. MIG-21 is the most successful fighter of all time. The most produced military jet and IT is still flying in many air forces in the world. It is durable, robust, easy and chep to maintain.
  9. Colour scheme is correct. It was worn by pre-2014 MiG's that were overhaulled in Romania in 2004. Today HRZ migs have grey colour scheme. Last flyable with these colours crashed on 5 of August in Velika Gorica near Zagreb.
  10. Mi-8 and SA 342 Gazelle helicopters, almost every day. Sometimes a bell police helicopter as well. Five years ago it was more interesting. There was a military ceremony in Belgrade in February and two migs 21 and four galeb G-4s were flying around and above my skyscraper for 3 or 4 days.
  11. Nice work. I haven't seen this one with russian flag on it's back. I saw this aircraft in hobby store where I buy my models. It was Zvezdas kit. I think Zvezda made a better model since they have the licence from OKB Mikoyan. It is written on the box. Last year I went to the Belgrade fair to visit military exibition Partner 2013. There I found OKB Mikoyan promoter who told me that this project, the 1.44, was canceled due the ''internal problems'' that Russia and its factories had in the 90's. He didn't want to speak anything more about this aircraft.
  12. Well done. It is always nice to see some of our airplanes. Браво.
  13. It looks very good. I like the details on this tank. Nice work.
  14. I added the missiles. R-60 and R-3s. I also have RBU launchers and bombs but i think that these missiles are better for this model since MiG-21 is an interceptor. Enjoy and sorry for the delay.
  15. It looks very good. I use oridinary brush too and it is very hard do paint a model. Good job.
  16. Tiger 2 is a bad actor. It can't fly as MiG does. Nice work.
  17. Yes Joachim. I had a problem with landing gear. Landing wheels didn't come up symmetrical. I am planning to attach R-60 missiles soon.
  18. Very good. It looks like real one whit this type of paint chipping.
  19. Hello again. Today I have finished my new MiG-21. It took me 3 days of non stop work to assemble this aircraft. This is Zvezda's kit. For many modellers this is the one of the best kits ever made for MiG-21 bis. It is really easy to assemble it and plastics is very good. But that was not good enough for me since I ve made some mistakes due to mine lack of expirience. As you can see I ve ruined the cockpit glass with paint and Revells painta clean. Some say that it came up really good since this is my first mig after 7 years of pause. Last one, presented on this forum was conversion. I used Humbrol paint, Revells glue and ordinary brush. I haven't armed the mig since I didn't buy red and white paint. When I get them I'll arm the mig and maybe make a small diorama since I've got some additional parts whit this kit. Anyway mig has FR Yugoslav markings that were used form 1992 till 2006. This aircraft belongs to 126 fighter squadron from Batajnica airbase in Belgrade. Mig-21bis was the backbone of Yugoslav air force during the 90's and beyond till nowdays in Serbian air force. If you have any advice please speak up and openly criticise my work. Thank you.
