I sent a message via their site saying I had bought TWO (2) kits and both had defective canopies. So what arrived in the mail today? You guessed it one (1) canopy. So now I start the process all over again for the second one. geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssss
Ok, they must have received a lot of messages about the canopies so I can sort of understand they don't read everything but surely the basics would be worth a read as they have now doubled everyone's workload.
And the one replacement is good, no cracks or distortions so that's a positive, hope the second one will be too when that arrives.
