I would really like to see if you found any new photos with a nuke shape on a CF-104!

No I haven't. I worked from a photo of a B-43 weapon mounted beneath a West German F-104G "gate guard" which can be found on the Wikipedia page for the B-43 nuclear weapon. I assumed that the CF-104 mounting would be much the same. I have found your "Index" to be invaluable over the years. I picked it up At Don Spering's AIR Hobbies in Mt Holly, NJ. Sorry I could not be as helpful in return.
