I'm thinking of a double build, before (as in the film, a man screaming to get out), and after (fast forward to the later scenes - weathered phone box and skeleton). Done the maths and it works out fine at 1/24. To be continued...

New boiler in summer? I thought we always left it till winter then panic at the bill?

I find it doesn't like large file sizes, so use an image editor to "decrease image resolution" to say 72 dpi. Most digital cams give you files too big for intenet use.

I changed to Postimage and have never looked back

... and me to Flickr. Must download the photos sometime.
