  1. Excellent! Nice weathering. I especially love the TCWU/145 Sqn markings. BTW - Has the navigator gone out for a break? Jay
  2. Remarkable and superb model. One can learn a lot from just looking at these pictures. Jay
  3. I love this plane. A very clean and tidy build you have there, my hat off to you! Jay
  4. Love these birds. I must say, those craft paints give a surprisingly nice result! I received the 1/72 Platz kit of this version yesterday - Thanks for the inspiration!! Jay
  5. What a gem! Beautiful and inspirational. Thanks for sharing. Jay
  6. Great! Nice Hunter and impressive weathering. Always had an interest in Khormaksar Hunters - there's a nice RAF video on YouTube about the force in Aden - Hunters at 08:30. Maybe of interest. Jay
  7. Yes, but the way the kit's broken down, I'm guessing the slightly longer cockpit nose sections seen in the Facebook pics are for the forthcoming IIIEs and 5s. RV threw in parts for as many possible versions in one kit with the MiG-23 too. I'm also not very impressed by the images. Took me a while to recognize the Mirage shape between all those rivets. Jay
  8. Is that the nose section for the IIIE/ 5 included in the kit? Canards too. Happy this version is out. Hopefully it builds well. Those rivets look BIG in the pics by the way. Jay
  9. Excellent. I love this model - rarely seen camouflage scheme. Interesting, thank you. Jay
  10. Wow, that's utterly gorgeous! What did you use for the PRU blue - as you said Gunze so I'm guessing a mix? Looks spot on. Jay
  11. Here and here. I'll wait for pictures of the plastic before committing hard earned money. Yours truly, bad-week-to-have-been-made-redundant Jay
  12. Truly exquisite. By the way - in 1/72 that must be a very delicate and fragile model! Regards, Jay
  13. Terrific looking Hornet. I love the folded wings and the lowered flaps. Impressive riveting too. Did you use a normal riveting tool for that? Jay
  14. Wonderfully clean build, interesting subject. Nice pictures too. Jay
