    Just wondering if anyone has any information on the above airline? Other than pictures of three of types of aircraft they used, plus an non-fatal accident report on one in Malta, I can find nothing on the company like dates it operated, fleet info etc. Thanks.

    Not sure. Last time I saw it, an Italian Captain, with a dead chicken on his head, had swept it up with the one containing the cracked vase with the big daisies, the forgeries for Hitler, Von Kinkyrotten... err Klinkerhoffen and Herr Flick of the Gestapo (I said Flick the Gestapo) and a number of sticks of dynamite to make his special dish. Something about a Bombe Suprise? Perhaps this will clear it up...

    Tentacle reinforced? That’s a new one. Has he had additions? Last time I saw Martian at Telford he was sporting his normal number of danglers, all flailing in the wind as he powered past on his wheeled travelling device that aids him over coming Earth’s higher gravity…

    Came out very nicely! Interestingly, I believe you can open up some holes in the wing for outer hardpoints. Makes me wonder if they’d planned to do other variants without the humpback as well.

    Out of interest, anyone know how much work would be needed to turn this into the Me-410A3 that was part of the RAFWaffe? Or is this one for @Colin @ Freightdog Models and friends?

    I may have mis-read, but I believe 18 squadron operated the Mk.I for January over France before transitioning to the Mk.IV the next month so just squeak in. I think 57 squadron may have also operated the Mk.I over Norway as well. That said I am more than willing to accept that your sources are more likely to be accurate mine! 🙂

    Never understood why both the A330 and A340 have not received much love from manufacturers. There always seems to be plenty of the A320 family pumped out as well as the Boeing’s, but do we really need more of them?

    You know those annoying people who point out a fault after you’ve done something? I’m afraid I’ve got to be that guy. Apparently, the radiator grin on the Hobbyboss 406 is too wide and needs narrowing a bit by filling it in. Sorry I wasn’t in a good place mentally to be on here often enough to give you a heads up when you did it last year. It is a cracking build, in fact all four are and like you I have the VG33 to do (finish) so will definitely look for yours when you start, though I doubt mine will be as polished!

    I feel your pain with the Master. Mine is languishing at the back of my desk and is more of a Frankenstein as it combines bits from both Pavla and Pegasus. Now you know why it’s still there…

    Minor point, the Matchbox lets you builds either a Mark II or a Mark VI Tempest, not a Mark V like the Airfix one.

    Sorry, should've specified 1/72. My understanding was that whilst they weren't up to, say, Fine Models accuracy standard, they weren't too bad compared to some out there. Mind you, with what mine are earmarked for it's not a problem to me, though those wanting to do a real world version will have different wants and needs...

    Thankfully the errant piece has been found! Annoyingly after I’ve spent a portion of today rebuilding the Me-262 ones to be more suitable. However, this does now give me a few options! Meanwhile, the main event hasn’t been forgotten. More this evening I hope!
