Very good work on that plane.

I've build this version of Thunderbolt a years ago. It was a Heller model (I still have it, somewhere there ... ). But I always wanted to do it in marking with the pin-ups. As the Sword model appeared, the idea returned. Unfortunately, SWORD did not give in the box what I wanted so much .... two different pin-ups on one hull; o) That is why the decals of the main ''heroines'' I have specially printed. The rest of the markings comes from the SuperScale set. (unfortunately, in the set '' ladies '' did not look good). All the rest is basically out of the box, omitting the fight to adapt most elements to fit together. Unfortunately SWORD looks nice only on frames. It's scary hardcore when you put in together. Putty .... putty ... and once again ....
It's enough to talk. P-47 N from 318 FG, 333 FS, pilot LT. John Brunner, Le Shima airport, Ryukyu island, 1945

This is my type for early P-47 to. I didn't know about the decals. Now I know what looking for. You know that this is an early D type, and it has different engine cowling flaps...

Ok maybe I misunderstood this....

Very nice start. And very good choice of cammo. But the decal you have, are not Rising sun but DP Casper. These are different companies.

Yes indeed. Although I have four more T-bolt in the stash ( tamiya, hasegawa) I have chosen academy. But this isn't very good model. As you can see I have a lot aftermarkets to use with. I have a quickboost guns for it (which aren't on the picture ) and I need one more.... wheels. This is all you need to make the Academy looks like an allmost good T-bolt. 😁 But from the box it should looks like a T-bolt to. It is easier to make Tamiya one, but all this stuff I have bought years ego. So, I plan to use it better than throw it.
