  1. I am curious what drawings/sources ICM will use.
  2. The Swedish wreck is now under longterm rebuild at East Kirkby. The RAFM example came from Russia.
  3. The nosection was donated by the RAF Museum, if only they had known that they would acquire a substantial wreck in the future and had to reconstruct the nosesection. Cannot have too many Hampdens though.
  4. The drawings do exist, of the Halifax too.🤫
  5. halifax, yes please. Sunderland not so sure.
  6. Had one of those too, a mk 22 from a Halifax. Sold it last year. Still have one of the exhausts though.🙃
  7. Exactly, very annoying when new names are invented, such as Spit I mid etc.🤣
  8. Really love this thread. Although you make it very difficult for yourself. Speaking from experience though.🤣
  9. Great build of the underrated (not by her crews) Halifax. Wonderful. Could do with a 1/48 kit or even a 1/32.
  10. Later aircraft, such as this one, had the collector rings overpainted with a dark grey/black colour. Probably to cut down the glare at night.
  11. The R1155 was indeed stood on it’s end, otherwise there was insufficient room. That smoothed out forward section looks great. Wheel wells and bombbay are black.
  12. Loving this build. May I suggest you round off (smooth out) the heavy ridge forward of the windscreen on starboard side? That area was a smooth transition on the Halifax.
  13. Can’t have enough Halifaxes, but then again I am biased.🙃
  14. Told ya there is one, not that it is accurate.😆
  15. There is a 1/32 vacform……🤫
  16. On my 1/32 Manchester I have painted the interior interior green and the wheelbays black.
  17. Fantastic build, really love the camouflage. Now, a good quality 1/48 Hampden would be nice for us lesser mortals (how about it Airfix?) pity I will not be at Telford this year.
  18. I hope the TET wasn’t too offensive ?😄
