Looking spot on mate and well in time for Huddersfield. Bring her down Thursday night and cheers for the assistance last night - great fun once again in the Travs.

Excellent result again Keith, you're nicely in the groove again and it's great to have you back mate!

We are indeed very lucky to have this shop so close at hand. He is really building up his selection of painting and weathering stock and really keeps up with new releases of such. His kits may look priced on the high side, but he does offer some good discounts on the Airfix/Revell/Tamiya selection which can make some subjects very attractive. Long may he last! Brian

The figures are looking good matey and have some great poses. I can see the guy on the right on a board with Surfin' USA playing in the background. Good to hear the folks are settling into their temp accommodation - I bet you get some "jobs" to do soon though. See you soon Brian -
Hi Julian, I may be wrong but I think the Mods. intend the 1/16 section to be for discussion only and if you are doing a WIP then it just goes in the armour WIP section with all it's smaller siblings. The same happened with Martin's scratch build "big fellas". They were moved from the 1/16 section to the ready for inspection armour section. ..............I may be wrong though................. As long as we know where your build is now and can follow with glee, that's the important issue Brian

Thanks for all of the kind words guys. Mick your welcome to use any of my ideas, feel free. If everyone can learn or pick up ideas from others then I'm sure everyone will improve in whatever we do. Cheers Brian -
Introducing my second victim, my second attempt at figure painting and another Tamiya figure to practice on. Another decent figure from Tamiya at a low cost to screw up and although not as much detail as the German Machine Gunner, a nice figure all the same. My only criticism of the kit is that there are "stickers" instead of decals, so when the sleeve badge falls off I will hand paint it back on. I hope you like: Cheers Brian

Beautifully done again Andy, and a welcome update to the old Emhar kit, although I still enjoyed wrestling with it. Love the build and painting logs you gave us access to. Thanks for sharing Brian

Hi Julian, I'm not sure if you can get hold of the AFV Modeller magazine, but starting in issue 83 (July/Aug issue) Dave Parker is starting a build log from this issue. In case you didn't want to get into Facebook. Cheers Brian

For me mate, I would go with the Coastal Craft - more likely to be accurate and the best reason would be it just looks better Brian -

The usual Andy stamp, beautifully executed and photographed Brian

The tyres look great Keith, get them cast off and save the masters. The twine also looks good so I'm sure you'll find a use for that on some future build. Brian
