I was wondering when this would get post and now over the moon to see it. After at least a year from cracking the box open, since the lockdown, I am now getting back to building my own floaty thing, my liberty ship. I will never call you ship modellers again fighting all of those brass add-ons, I'm with you brothers and daren't breathe in too hard in case I inhale some vital parts. Great to see this ship mate!

Be patient with this kit you should be rewarded with a really nice looking car at the end of it. I was really chuffed with the end result considering the age of the kit. Cheers Brian

Great work Simon, and pleased you are starting to see some positive results at shows. Don't be down on yourself if you don't score in comps, you know as well as any how fickle judging can be and it's often not a fair playing field with a lot of categories being mixed and amalgamated. When someone tells you how they enjoy looking at your model and compliments your skill, to me it means a lot more than a piece of paper from a view of a judge in a competition. Just keep knocking them out, post them on here for us to admire or display on a club table at a show, you know you're more than welcome to display your work that you're not entering on the Washington Club stand.
