  1. Hi Guys, here are some closer images taken yesterday at the show in Middlebrough. First up, some T34 variants from myself and Kayell (Big Keith): Next up is Joe Long's brilliant interpretation of the Trumpeter 1/16 King Tiger with full interior. I think Joe is in the process of joining this forum and hopefully will post up his build log on this stunner: And finally from our scrathbuilding genious, Martin Davies, his family of E100/Panther variants. Please note these are not kits, they have been scratch built and most of them have been R/C'd and are fitted with full battle systems - enjoy: Thanks for looking Brian
  2. Wow Kris, that's very impressive. I was fancying the Meng T90 but this looks great at a very good price. And well done Zvesda!
  3. Very, very nice Maciej I'm really getting a fix on this modern armour - I'm definately going to indulge, funny, never had the urge before. Thanks for the inspiration.
  4. That's looking really nice Roman. This vehicle has great lines, in my view, especially in side profile and you have really done it justice with your paint and subtle weathering.
  5. That looks cracking Keith - you've done a great job there mate in a short space of time You just need to get cracking on the cobbles now matey! Then get it based up with the rest of the Dio - I can't wait
  6. Hey Fred, this is an old kit that still does the job. I did this kit some years ago with the Nebelwerfer and for a basic kit it still looks well.
  7. This going to look great on that huge diorama - can't wait!
  8. Forgetting any accuracy issues that rivet counters may have, this looks a nice clean kit!
  9. A great collection you have there - come and say hello at the Tyneside show on the 1st June, if you can make it. Brian
  10. This just undelines the saying, "Good stuff in little bundles". A beautifully excuted subject I have to say, very subtley painted and weathered and not over-chipped as so many seem to be - almost perfect in every way. Thanks for posting. Brian
  11. If you model you never rule anything out of having a use. None modellers would probably be amazed if not shocked at the "useless" bits and pieces we carry in our spares boxes. Again this is another example of just about everything having a use to us plastic twiddlers - just think out of the box, sorry for the pun!
  12. Keith is superb with his maritime subjects and has quite a collection completed now. Some of his BIG subs are incredible and his garage looks more like a dry dock tham somewhere to keep a car. I won't spoil it but he has a cracking dockside dio on the go at the moment in 1/35 scale. Get some pics on here Beefy!
  13. All of that beautiful brightwork totally hidden by a swoosh of an airbrush - but you know it's there!
  14. A seriously impressive colaboration - well done guys!
  15. I have to agree with Oz on this one, one of the nicest Tigers I have seen in a long while and Tony has done a "few"
  16. That's one beauty of a Tiger, very nicely painted, weathered and mounted and the figures are exceptional - well done!
  17. Oh yes Mr L, what a lovely pair indeed! Looks really great, can't wait to see it based up on the table. (The model I mean)
  18. Jack, I've seen this bust on a few occasions now and I have to say that this is by far the best painted of them all. Your artist's eye is apparent in every aspect of the piece from the skin tones throughout the fabrics and kit items. A beautiful work of art, thank you for sharing and giving us something to aspire to.
  19. Brilliant work with the T34 dio Frank.1/16 scale is unforgiving and you have to have the most intricate details correct because it can be so easily seen. I love your burnt out effects and will be trying out some of your techniques on my future builds. Totally stunning work and I look forward to the completed KT dio with great impatience. Please keep up the fantastic work, you are an inspiration with your eye for detail.
  20. These kits get some stick, but I totally enjoyed building the Whippet and would definately go for another - really fancy the Tadpole. This is looking really well Keith and will look good paired up with mine on the display table!
  21. She's looking good Tim. I keep getting flashbacks to when I did mine. I also did the 1/72 version of the same kit, still display it, I'll see if I can dig it out. Keep the good work coming!
  22. Very, very nice indeed. The result is fantastic from water based products and they appear to be well upto the task of taking on their oil based counterparts. More of the same please!
