Hello
In the meantime when I'm finishing building next two yellow models:
I'm have started with next model with series "Yellow wings".
This time I'm taking with something bigger. Resin model Martin T4M from polish factory Ardpol. Ardpol have some models which are close to my collection, one of this -T4M is very atractive - big biplane, with torpedo and outside machine gun in rear cockpit, plus especially interestig interior of plane. American torpedo-bomber was used by US NAVY between 1928 and 1938, and now my turn use this konstruction;)
I have started from building engine - small warm-up before harder things.
Next, this what I like - interior:
BTW. My documentation:) -> http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index.php?/topic/116328-martin-t4m-1-torpedo-bomber-circa-1930/&.
Thanks for attention and to the next time:)
Chears,
Jaro

Hello,
F-2F-1 which was being builded here -> http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/235007243-grumman-f-2f-1-172-attack-squadron-yellow-wings-part-4/#comment-2504506 has finished.
Although this is resin model, is easy to assembly, and I didn't have any problems.
Model present FF-1 with VF-7 on the USS "Wasp" in 1940 - neutrality patrol.
And some pic. with FF-1.
Cheers,
Jaro- 15

HiAfter my previous fighter of Grumman: FF-1, I have started build new model, next Grumman's fighter: F-2F-1. This is new resin kit of "Atack Squadron", which in-box ishere. So far model is easy to build and I don't have any problem with assembly. I was problem with establishing interior cockpit colours. Finally, after analyzing photos, I painted gray: FS-36440.Bye for now,Jaro

Thanks for the nice opinions.
Just a small query: is the numeral 1 on the wing really supposed to be outside of the chevron? I believe US Navy regulations stipulated that the plane number be displayed between the fuselage and the chevron, as per your BT-1.
Just curious about it. I've got the kit but I am too lazy right now to go and check what the notice says!!!
Great job!
JR
Actually, location number of the wing is difference between BT-1 and SB2U:This photo says about SB2U, 2-B-1And this is specification about number of the wings on BT-1:
