  1. Thanks Antony, interesting offer. But I already fexed half of the problems with the kit. And the shipping cost will be crazy 33.64 USD. In any case I have to find decals for the particular squadrons. Any ideas? Interesting, how Dragon solved the problem of hiding the holes for the winds when they are stretched? There wil lbe ugly triangle holes. I thought about painting black rectangular area immitating that rubber(?) curtains.
  2. Hello, I need some help pointing me to a place where I can buy 1/144 decals for FAR Tornado Sq25, 23 or 5 that were doing Tu-95 intercepts in 2007. I have an idea to make a cold war pair - Tu-95 and RAF Fantom - in 1/100 scale because Tupolev in this scale is not so big as 1/72. In childhood I had Plasticart's model and hope to find one again. Although it's basic and with mistakes, it's the only avaliable in 1/100. Already bought Revell's 1/100 "easy kit" of Fantom that will give me enough time of cutting and glue sniffing. But recently bought 1/144 Tornado at a flea market for very cheap. It was the momentum. I just grabbed it. When at home analyzed the model, discovered that it is total disaster. So many mistakes. It's an old kit, this one: http://www.modelcars.com/revell-tornado-marineflieger.html Converting it to F.3 version that I want is nothing compare to fixing all the problems. I was not able to ID the Tornado version for sure. Does anyone knows what Tornado is in the kit? I want to build a pair: Tu-95 and RAF Tornado F.3 based on story from July or June 2007. I think it was from Sq25 in Leuchars that time. Thanks! Stas
