  1. Stunning model. The amount of time you put into this really shows!
  2. I will definitely do a bit of sanding or masking or removing panel line wash during WFH meetings where I only need to keep one ear open. Still haven’t managed to fire up the airbrush during a Teams Meeting though! This P-40 is looking great too and clearly warrants some WFH time too!
  3. Inspiration for a diorama! If I could get a kit of the Jeep Gladiator. Perhaps I could do it with a different 1/24 Off road vehicle. Not in this GB unfortunately. Time is almost up!
  4. Not sure if this is inspirational but here is my desert coloured Jeep very much stuck in the desert coloured Arabian desert. Good learning experience on how to dig out a car and I can say you only do this once... hopefully!
  5. Four Turning or Burning? Anything with four props or jet engines. Could even be ships too I guess but I was more thinking of large aircraft.
  6. Heading off on holiday tomorrow so I won't be getting opportunity to take better pictures so here are the post build ones. Lovely kit by Eduard and I'd happily build another and in particular happily use their new decals again! I went into some detail in the build thread how I very successfully removed the top layer. This last picture best shows the actual colours as they really appear.
  7. Thank you all for the kind words. I'm just bummed I didn't buy a set of overtrees to make a NMF Indian friend/rival to sit next to it in the cabinet with the decals that come in the kit. I'll certainly be considering it in the future.
  8. Very happy to say this one is 99% finished! I will just do some minor weathering and chipping on the propeller before posting to the gallery. I noticed at some point the canopy is not really sitting properly. I don't know how I missed this or how it didn't fit perfectly but it is what it is. I highly recommend this kit.
  9. With regard to the ongoing discussions around group builds, I believe we should also have a rolling F-4 Phantom group build which is just always running so we can see more and more planes like yours. As soon as one stops, then the next one starts! Nice work on this. It's gonna be hard not to buy one of these kits when I see one!
  10. That's a real bummer, especially because you can see how good they look. Perhaps you could touch up the yellow with a brush, and personally I would just use decals on the bottom of the wing as this will not be so visible. Other than the mishap it's looking great and ypur formula for the red colour I have committed to memory because it really looks perfect. More subdued but still bright.
  11. That looks amazing. It could easily be 1/24 scale and still be exquisite!
  12. Looking good Michael. I think the grey is dark but will provide a good base colour for some drybrushing with lighter greys just to highlight it.
  13. Very very nice. I certainly hope that's an espresso cup!
  14. Yep, sign me up too. Great idea by the way. ✌ I'll do a Hasegawa VW combi van. Is there anything more fitting???
  15. Abrrrrrrrrrtsolutley! Sign me up!
  16. I have so many questions.... But I don't know where to start. So just... Wow!
  17. Like Craig said, you're doing a great job wrestling the kit into submission. Italeri kits are usually pretty bad in my experience. I tend not to buy them nowadays unless they are on sale with a nice decal set included. (Which they often do) the one good thing is their decals are usually very good. And that's about all! 🤣
