  1. Beautifully rendered Butcher Bird! Very elegant!
  2. Clean spirit from B&Q works a treat. Cleans acrylics from an airbrush really well, too.
  3. Erm...... Right...... That's....... different......
  4. Lovely weathered model! One for the more ridiculous turreted vehicles the Soviets had.
  5. Nice scheme! Is it me, or do Spitfires seem to look good in almost any markings?
  6. Another fine Spitfire IX! One could say that planes used during the Battle of Britain film wore costumes - representing actual ones that took part in the battle.
  7. Great little tank! As with your 1/35 Whippet, the rust is amazing!
  8. Absolutely superb! The streaking and the rust are just simply incredible! Brilliant work of art!
  9. Wow! Gives the Typhoon that 'been-in-service-for-a-few-decades' look. That masking must have taken an eternity to do.
  10. That's a sweet little plane you have there! That wash has seemed to have worked wonders! Good job!

    Tamiya MS

I can't say anything about those paints, having only just heard of them, but Humbrol have recently brought out a range of fluorescent sprays, including orange and yellow if that helps.
  12. Alclad black microfiller primer carefully sanded with 2000 or more grit sandpaper is good. Tamiya X-1 mixed with X-22, then thinned with Mr levelling thinner is also supposed to be a good base.
