Hello, This is a kit that I built earlier in the year, All hand-painted, though I tried some spray but it did not work too well with cracking.

Ya, I have seen this but the spruces look incomplete, I know that the large pieces, fuselage halves and wings are off, but I don't know. -
Hello all, I just found out that the New tool Airfix Hurricane MK. I is out and I was wondering if anyone had spruce shots for those of us just starting to look into it? Also if you are building it, the flaws that are with the kit. Thanks. The kit came in the mail yesterday. What a great little kit! I am half way through the cockpit tub and am ready to glue the wings together. Thanks for all the info. Pics coming soon I hope.

How much is it? I love the tbds but have not been able to get my hand on any kit. Looks great.

Hi again, So I am planing on buying the Airfix 1/72 Hawk 81-A-2, I know for the markings that it is a model off, should be the A-3. Is there really any difference or are there some needed changes? I would build it with the kit decals, but what are the aftermarket decals for an early USAAF P-40B or would I need decals from some other kit or plane? Thanks.

Thanks for the info. The landing gear looks like it is a quick fix. When I build Revells A-10, I cut off part of the shock-absorber and lowered the landing gear. That will probably work. The Revell leg looks much better, but for the price, it looks like the Airfix kit is better.

I have seen stuff about the inspection panel, but from the other stuff I have seen, I am planing on building it oob, possibly get some other decals.

I'm no spitfire expert, but I searched and it looks like to build that as to the picture, you get to choose whether or not to put the circle around the P, even though the picture has no ring. It also does look as if it has V wings in the pic, but from other pics it looks wider. I used Google search to find the pics.

Hi all, I have ordered recently the Airfix 1/72 FW-190 A-8 kit and I was wondering if any of you have any comments on the kit, or any interesting schemes that I could paint it up as. I have studied the kit on here and it looks really good. Also, does it have any or many major flaws that I could fix without putting much into it? Thanks
