Hawker Tempest Mk.V - eduard 1:48 -
erlawerke replied to erlawerke's topic in Ready for Inspection - Aircraft
Building this kit was really not easy, because of correcting the fuselage, the wings and adapt wings and fuselage with the resin parts included. I paintet the Aircraft with Gunze´s RAF Set and post shade this wit a high deluted white and grey shades! All in one this was really one of my hardest Kit, but I´m really happy that I build it, because for me its also one of my most beautiful model! Hope you will enjoy the pics, if you have any questions ´don´t hesitate to ask me or write an email! -
Hello every body, here i want to present you my first english fighter I ever build..... Its the 2011 re-released Hawker Tempest from eduard in 1:48 In scale1:48 less well known, is the Hawker "Tempest" one of the first plastic kits from Eduard in the category "second world war". 2011, the model was re-launched and provided with new resin, photo-etched parts as well as new clear parts. Even the decals are also printed from Cartograf in the usual good quality. To convert to the correct length of the Tempest I have added the AlleyCat set, which includes the rear with the correct length which includes also resin wheels. The kit is about 5mm too short and the shape of the vertical stabilizer is not correctly reproduced. I want to point out that the reconstruction works are not easy, if you want to do that, you should be more experienced as usual, otherwise it can happen that you give up to early.

Hi every body, once again I want to show you all a model with I build in the past. Here it is the AFV.Club F-5E, but it is the first Kit (Agressor Kit) which I rebuild to an Swiss Tiger...why? 2008 I was in Meiringen/Switzerland and took a picture of this wonderful dressy aircraft and I decide to built it like this one.... After a lot of Resin Upgrade Sets and information search I find out what I have to change on the basic kit inkluding buying the old revell kit to getting a true F-5E in swiis air forces.
