Absolutely awesome! Amazing! Fantastic!
I sat looking at the pics for 15 minutes and thought, "How the hell does anybody have the time and patience to build something like that?" I certainly wouldn't!
But, like I said....awesome, amazing, fantastic!
Nice vignettes, Pedro. I can only dream of attaining such a high standard!
I've ridden one of the 'welbikes' at a military museum a few years ago. I seem to recall only one fact about them - they ran on around 5 pints of fuel!
I've never made a diorama before but wanted to have a go. I found lots of tips and 'how to' videos on 'YouTube'. Just do a general search for 'Dioramas' as I did and it pulls up quite a lot. Ok, so they're not all military based but they do show the step-by-step techniques very well indeed.
Hope this helps
John
Thanks guys. I did try using kitchen foil but it didn't have the desired effect. Perhaps I should have been more persistent with the burnishing
Some excellent ideas here so I'll give them a try. It's amazing how some of the obvious ideas don't spring into my mind!

Hello people
I'm trying to find a way of making realistic mirrors for vehicle interiors and side mirrors but I don't have a clue. I suppose I could paint them with a glossy silver paint but just wondered if there was a better way to do it for added realism.
I'm sure that some wise sage out there will have perfected the art and may be willing to share the secret?
Many thanks
John
