Hi Guys,
i need some advice please. has anyone had experience with tamiya X-22 clear enamel? if yes, would this be okay to use to put over decals?
i've been using mostly tamiya enamel paints lately, and the decals take to the paint very well. so im looking at a way to keep the decal from "peeling" at a later stage.my local hobby shop is very lacking, and this was the only thing available close to what im looking for...so wondering if this will be suitable or not? im not looking for a total clear coat solution.. just something to put over decals to preserve them.
btw, im mostly just a hand painter for now... im far off from airbrushing, base coating etc.
i'll try painting this x-22 over a decal thats not needed.. to see what happens.. but hoping someone else will know better.
thanks!
