  1. Hi everyone, This is the Academy kit I had finished two years ago with home-made panels added and already published. However I decided it deserved a better photo treatment and added some new photos with background shadows removed. No digital touching on the colors of the aircraft, fuselage grays vary under different light angles, hence the fifty shades of gray... Hey, this is a Raptor and it is supposed to look so Happy modelling...
  2. Great idea, and a very realistic rendition indeed. All those small details need to be appreciated individually. Lovely nozzles, weathering, flaps and slats etc.. The torsion of the chute chord is no exception, and the dragchute itself for sure... And given the scale, entire model must be something like 80cm or so? One little comment, if I may, is that the rear canopy would better be pushed up a little bit to the right angle...
  3. Sometimes when I see such craftsmanship, I feel the model manufacturers -no matter how unintentional- good to keep their models at certain levels of detail and leave the rest to modellers... And in this way can we be introduced to real modelling skills... I hope the rest comes even better and we all see a superb Hustler...
  4. Yeah, now she's where she belongs to... Splendid as always... When you see a blue-to gray shaded photo of a model, you know that a masterpiece follows and this one's no exception...
  5. Thank you for the encouraging remarks guys...
  6. Marvelous! If you can turn an A-model into this, then you can possibly turn pumpkins into chariots
  7. So realistic... Especially the exhausts, they look so real... And not to mention the weathering, the leaks and the rest looks great... Amazing job done...
  8. This model simply adds another to my thousand reasons why the Phantom is the greatest plane ever. Superb indeed...
  9. Another excellent example and proof that jets of the 50's to 70's look much better than software outputs of today's whatever-it-is-generation aircraft... A beauty and a treat-to-watch model...
  10. Such a fantastic aircraft, literally out of this world... And such a lovely rebuild, looks so sharp...
  11. Thank you so much for your nice comments gentlemen...
