    She is not a bad kit, any failings are probably mine. A part from the mould lines and a little flash, not to bad. Just take your time in checking fitment of parts. We will see as she progresses. Simon.

    As I said in the last posting , I continued with the chassis, front end. Well clumsy fingers me, while doing a dry fit, I broke the pin on the left upright. Oh b**.. So, in the true style of "uncle Nigel " , I drilled cut and fitted a replacement. Drilled. Plastic rod fitted. And then, tested and fixed the front suspension. Also some masking, the fans on the radiator. That`s all for now. Just a case of fitting the wheel arches, and finish the rad off, and that is the chassis done. Simon All comments welcome.

    Yes Giemme, the wash of grey should blend in down just enough with out any detriment to your excellent work. Simon.

    Looking fine to me Giemme, as for the weathering I pointed out, go with what you said, freshly painted code letters. It is going to save some mucking around blending in IMHO. Simon.

    Thanks all, will get on this week with finishing the chassis off and preparing the body work for priming and base coat. Plus anything else I can find. Simon.
