fallmonk replied to Nigel Heath's topic in Ready for Inspection - Aircraft
Nigel that is simply stunning, , think the rest of us need to go hide in a corner now lol -
Weathering was done by undercoat of white , light spray of colour , decals , another very light spray of NATO black ! And a light spray of white , add a very light mist of the colour again esp over decals , that gives you the fade PS your deff right about the after market tyres
-
Took your advice (again Byron) dirtied up the undercarriage , no idea why I left it so fresh when I spent so much time dirting and fading the rest of the aircraft !
-
Ment to say i made a almighty fe ck up with the engine ,thankfully Byron Boyd was kind enough to point out my error! and was able to fix it , then i lost the front canopy , after 45 mins stripping out my shed i managed to find it lol heres the work in progress if of intrested ? http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234966178-revel-132-f4u/
