    My Monogram B26 Marauder 1/48 ,not the best of kits but deff not the worst ,half way through i decided i wanted to try a water feature/crash dio, first attempt but reasonably happy with it .It needed something a we bit to add to it so i bought the Verlinden USN Pilots WWII in Dinghy,(changed the colour scheme to USAAF Crew) hope you like ,comments welcome.

    Wasn't happy with my crude attempt of a raft so bit the bullet and bought proper resin ones so in the process of building up,

    I have ordered a sheet from hannets for the Tunisian decals not very comprehensive but it will do the job

    Honestly am started , slowly getting there been caught up in a lot of personal stuff but will get back into the grove soon , Obligatory sprue shot to start This is what it should look like once done ,

    ps the dingy if fitted will be sunk in so flush its just sitting there the now, so thats up to date

    Been at this a while sorry so late and so far into the build,also decided to ruin a perfectly good kit !

    Just to say I haven't started yet but kit is bought , decals sourced and sorted (but not posted) I haven't forgotten about this , my choice is a F5 for the Tunisian Air Force in nice desert camo none of this low viz grey ;-)

    Cheers for the kind words Darby and I have my fellow BM member Skids for the navy decals supplied free of charge on the promise of a few quid to H4H a very fair deal am sure your the you's will agree

    Had this in my mind for a while and had a look around the net and couldnt find a chinook junglie so i figured why not give it a go, had great fun doing this and no real problems apart from ones i made!!!!!!!(accidently sprayed the inside of the glass! impresive eh) rivet counters run for the hills as this is wrong on so many levels lol Take this as it is a bit of fun ,lots of mistakes but lots of maybe ideas !     Well done Ollie , Impressive first build , hope mummy and daddy let you keep it somewhere where everyone can see it ! Look forward to your next build Ps don't be scared of the carpet monster he only eats plastic so is perfectly safe for wee and big boys
