To do the chips I used a very small brush and painted them all by hand....giving lots of scratches heavily weathered macgine but still great looking! Final picrures will be posted tonight

  11. Hey guys so i said i would try get some paint on her today and boy has she been fun. I went for the winter colour scheme with a slight variation more for fun as I realise the decals may not be 100% accurate but hey its my model grey and white build up of camo then onto the wethering lots of chips everywhere then a very mucky oil wash to give me a very heavily used harrier GR3 not quite finished yet still working on bombs and underccariage but will have her finished hopefully tomorrow for you guys to inspect photos below ENJOY!
  12. Oh yes I posted a finished one will be nice to see another! will follow
  13. Haha thanks jockney although had I remebered to add the nose weight haha I would of been ok but all my plans hang from tail so no problem
  14. Most of the cockpit detail was just scratch built we used the old seats slightly modified to increase interest I would love a bigger scale of this kit though
  15. hey guys so lots of progress today fair few photos as well see below. intakes coming along nicely most of hte filler is polished up ready for spraying now and after parts weapons loadouts and undercarriage detail working very nicely not too long before a paint now me thinks . done all the detail im interested in doing ENJOY!
  16. hey guys few more photos of work done today starting to really shape the airbrakes now! to answer question the spitfire in back is hafl scale see photos below
  17. The missiles are just cut up sprew and shaped haha nothin special...to answer kallista's question tge model from measurements me and my father took is slightly smaller than 72nd scale so the apc kit with the accurate detail inside does not fit sadly but without the side ramp it fits perfect lovely apc btw nice job
  18. I'm very glad you all like my plan is to do a heavily weathered winter colour scheme chips all over the place
  19. Hey there. So few more upto date photos. Have finally closed up the fuselage with all compenents installed plus new landing gear bays built as accurate as i was willing. Begun to fill gaps needed and do some various tweaks the the fram you will notice the extended ferry wing tips and the GR3 modifications. little bit of painting added inside but nothing worth the photos just touch ups. Just gotta do some surface detail work now and cut the top hatches and extra air intakes on the front for a bit of detail see pics below
