    There is so much to like about this build. I really admire the paint scheme, most of all. The tone of blue is perfect and inspired me. I have some 1/48 bits in my spares box from SBS for a 1/48 Buchon—-I will certainly use your photos as guides. Do you recall which paints you used for the Spainish blue colors? Thank yiu.

    Greetings all and happy holidays!! Does anyone know of a first-hand account of Fairey Fulmar operations during the Battle of Greece and Crete, 1940-1941? I am seeking accounts including photos of aircraft that served on the HMS Illustrious and Formidable. Thank you.

    Sorry to move away from the topic of the moment but my Gannet arrived on Christmas Eve and now sits proudly on shelf. I cannot wait to start the build. That being said, I wish to keep the canopy open and embellish the fantastic kit detail with even more detail. Does anyone know if any aftermarket is due on the horizon and if so, whether we can expect someone to produce a full resin interior and/or bomb bay with a weapons set? Thank you.

    Hello all, I’ve been reading general histories about Royal Australian Navy Fairey Gannets operating from the Melbourne 1965-1967. Does anyone know if the Gannets had any contact with Russian subs, Chinese shipping, Viet Cong coastal traffic or contact with Viet Minh forces? If so, which units were involved and do any theatre photos exist? Thank you.

    Hello. Does anyone know of a conversion kit (or method) by which one can backdate a ICM 1/48 C-45 to the early Beech 18A version? I think the cowls would need to be redone (maybe substitute an early Avro Anson cowl?) and perhaps the side door. Thank you for any advice or tips.
