  1. Cool, I'm off the Friday & Tuesday, then afternoons Wednesday & Thursday.....I feel a plan coming together here....
  2. If they're there for an exercise I guess the thing to do is go down the week before and hope to spot 'em in the air. I'm off on the Friday so I'll probly do what I did last year and go for a walk round the area and see what I can spot as I wander round. One of my favourite things about walking is the spotting surprises you get every now and then
  3. I'm off on the 30th - might nip down to Coningsby, see what they put up. Maybe a Jaguar group build
  4. Uh, hello? Revell? As to Tonka decals, a lot of the schemes from the 80s are only available on the old Modeldecal sheets (if you can find them) and the quality of them isn't up to 21st century standards. As far as I'm concerned, if it isn't wraparound grey/green it isn;t a real Tornado! If you PM spike7451 he should be really help out being a Tornado armourer and all.
  5. 1) Great pics 2) Fantastic scenery! Norway looks an incredibly beautiful country. I must go there some time. Could've been there in the past - I used to have my very own Norweigan stalker (its a long story) 3) I've long harboured an ambition to do an Osprey in that Sea King white/dayglo scheme
  6. Does it make me a bad person that I'm about 1000 times more excited about the Il-76 & Il-78 than I am about the Su-30s?
  7. What kit/scale is this?
  8. You don't like to do easy subjects do you? Looks great though
  9. I think for the first one British AFVs from WW1-present. Nice and broad scope.
  10. Very nice Andy. I can't face building one of those Hasegawa Tomcats - the most ridiculously over engineered kit in history? - let alone 40 odd! :dizzy:
  11. Love the Hunter, and that's a nice pit on the Beagle
  12. I used Medium Sea Grey for my radome and I reckon it looks close enough. The colour varies from photo to photo anyway. And the reason the question is asked so often is cos of Revell's ridiculous painting guides!
  13. Kev, the big thing with the F-100 were the heat stains on the rear fuselage. I couldn't begin to reproduce them, but I've seen some impressive results using various shades of Alclad sprayed on.
  14. Its a wonderful kit, but you just try finding one!! Then try finding one for under 20 quid!
  15. Revell, Tamiya or Trumpeter have yet to grace us with a 1/32 kit
  16. Excellent in-box review on ARC http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index....p;#entry1043346
  17. Seen a post on whiff that someone has received the one they bought off eBay. Anyone else? I know what I'll be looking out for tomorrow....
  18. Hasegawa Hellcat is great, it just falls together. Yours ain't looking too bad mind
  19. Nev

I just use a spraycan of Halfords white.
  20. Wasn't there one in the original discussion thread?
