  1. What a fantastic painting technique! I wonder if it would work in 1/144??
  2. Eat, sleep, work, build, build, build, build, build, build, build, eat, sleep, work, build, build, build, build, build, build, paint, decals, next.... Fun, isn't it Nice work by the way
  3. Привет. Очень хороший выбор, удачи и получайте удовольствие.
  4. That's a very neat job on the intakes. I'm looking forward to the rest of this one.
  5. Cheers for that. Corrected Err... No. But it will! Main assembly is complete and I've carved out the auxiliary intake doors. Which was fun
  6. Thank you. It helped that the front frame is quite pronounced and a good guide to cut against, although the rest of the canopy is just engraved lines so I had to do it in little strips. I've finally got some primer on, just a couple of little bits to touch up but nothing 2 minutes of sanding won't cure.
  7. The pit looks great, can't wait to see this progress.
  8. The seat is almost the size of my whole Harrier! Lovely work!
  9. Was that a full tube of putty before you started? Looks like this one is a lot of work but you're beating it into submission nicely.
  10. Interesting... Very interesting. Thanks for the link. Your builds are looking great
  11. The smaller the scale, the longer it takes... That's 3 very nice looking builds you've got there.
  12. Now this is something a bit different. It's always interesting to see conversion sets used with kits they were not designed for.
  13. You can come and join me in my padded cell if you want
  14. The seats are in and the canopies are fitted. They still need some Maskol but I wanted a photo before it hides the cockpit detail.
  15. A little bit of Mr Surfacer, a light sanding and a rescribe finished the fuselages. After that I popped on the noses and tail caps.
  16. A fantastic group build with a fantastic host! Plus, I managed to reduce my stash a bit to make room for some new kits
  17. It certainly is! I've ploughed through the cockpit assembly and painting, painted the intakes and fan, fitted the inserts to the wings, glued the fuselages together and made the drop tanks.
  18. Sorry I'm late to the party but I've been very busy building a stupid amount kits for another group Matador... GR7
  19. It's been a while... I've been very busy completing builds for another group. I've fitted the gear doors and Phoenix rails today, I've also separated and cleaned up all the other bit's I need.
  20. Sorry I've not replied before but I lost track of things while trying to complete my builds for the Less than a tenner group. It's a Quickboost seat, I looked at a few different manufacturers and this one really stood out. I don't know how accurate it is but I liked the "natural" look of the belts. I've made a start on this one at last. I've just separated and cleaned up some of the parts so far.
  21. Thanks guys! And thanks for the tips Jonners More photos in the gallery.
