I have been reading Jet by Sir Frank Whittle and fancy building a static early centrifugal jet engine like the W.1, W.2 or Nene. Any kits out there? Thanks

Solved! - going to use the kitchen table and put it away on a bookshelf between sessions.

I have had a Revell 1/72 Gato submarine kit waiting to be built for a year or so. Reading about someone's misfortune to find they have two identical stern sections and not port and starboard I decided to check my kit out. My kit is correct but I now I am not sure if I have space to build it as I work on a computer desk in a corner. Any suggestions for building it it in a small space? Thanks

I was thinking of playing with perspective and having Turbinia in the foreground dwarfed by a section of another ship, then creating in 3D CG a cyclorama background for the rest.
