Another Bf-109G-6. Without rivets looks model obsolete, all Czech Top modelers make rivets on it´s kit - because have all new Eduard´s kit rivets... And i think a price was 3x higher as Ed in Weekend edition (In CZ 300CZK/10GBP). I think a Tamiya was minimal 30GBP without P.E., masks and colourfoul decals for six aircrafts.... Engine looks good but.... In 1/32 was better... (But for me is Revell Ideal, cheap and nice.)

I don´t understand why after three of four decades we haven´t a new tool kit a QUARTER scale B-17/B-24/B-29 and Lancaster. It´s here a gigantic (and expensive) 1/32 B-17 from HK, TWO B-17 in quarter scale, THREE 1/72 Lancaster, and now f.e. THREE New tool Su-33 in 1/48 (Kinetic, G.W.H., AviationArt), every two years is released another new Bf-109 in quarter scale (last - Zvezda G-6), another Mustang(close to release Airfix and relative soon Eduard) but ICONIC and IMPORTANT Heavies in "Royal Scale" -You have a obsolete Revell and Monogram Modeller for American and decent upgraded Tamiya Lanc.... I´dont understad why modellers company ignored Heavies in quarter scale. (1/72 is too small and 1/32 too big - and expensive). I every year lookin ´for new tool B-17 and Liberator - but - no, no, no, sorry, no... it is a shame.... one of most important and famous Bombers haven´t 21th. century quality kit. A decade ago got rumors from new tool B-17G from Tamiya - but this kit never announced and released.... I still hope from quarter scale Heavies, but i was VERY sceptic.

Looks realy nice. For this time, best small scale Schwalbe is Revell, but have ugly clear parts. Academy is parody on Me-262, is too fat and haven´t a typical Shark look. Airfix looks goood. But the price...Hm, comparable with Academy street price.

What ? 12Ł ? This is craaaazy for 1/72 Schwalbe.... It is my favourite aircraft - i probably one bought - but the price is too high, and quarter scale Tamiya is another levell (In Czech cost around 20Ł). But in small scale this is a probably best Me-262.

OMG, why released another (and boring !) short nose Phantom, when we need a long nose, Gun fitted F-4E !!! Academy ignored it, Zoukei Mura ignored it (and price of Zoukei Mura is very high...). F-4E is real MiG Killer and have too many beautiful and colorful camos ! Short nose....Booooring (when you have in kit stack Ed´s DaNang series...)

Tamiya for single seater, Academy for "Sufa". But single seater is better (IMHO) from Tamiya.

I bought a new L.E. from Hasegawa WAH-64D - and on decals are two machines: ZJ224 and ZJ186 - is one of this WAH-64 personal "mount" of Prince Harry ?

Eduard re-.box now an Hasegawa excellent Car Door Typhoon and one camo is for Night Fighter. Are used in this role a Typhoon Late too or not ? (Bubble top ?)

But I bought a Meteor and Stuka only... Defiant - nice (i awaited a Night Fighter version this year). Beaufighter, Blenheim, Wellington (Trumpeter is wrong in profile), B-17 !!! B-24 !!!! and Lancaster, Halifax.... or Stirling.... or Fury and Gladiator... Bulldog.... , H.P.0/400 etc.... or Sunderland - all British subject, when i can seen in Airfix program.Especially Fury and Bulldog are great :o) I need a new tool Flying Fortress in quarter scale and i give a - Mustang Baaah

From Airfix was IMHO better as from Revell. I don´t understand why Airfix make a few 1/48 kits especially British Subject. Revell have really bad moulding quality. When i compared a 20 years old Rafale or F-15E with their newest Tornado... Eagle and Rafale have better plastic, crispy details a far better moulding quality. But both are Made in Korea and not Made in Poland... This is a main problem. Why have new kits a many flashes ? Why are from ugly plastic ? Why isn´t canopy crystal clear (in NEW kit ?). Why are details soft. Compared any Revell new mould with AMK MIG-31 Foxhound. I bought Tornado Gr.4 and Foxhound in one day - and compared it - both (real) airplanes have same concepcion, are from the same era... And no way - AMK MIG-31 was modern click n´clack kit with clever parts moulding, one piece nose section or Missiles... And Tornado was chopped on many small parts and here a flash, and there too And all kits are from 2016, but Tornado looks as twenty years old kit...But - it is a best "Tonka" in quarter scale, Italeri is obsolete and Trumpy inaccurate :/ (And MiG-31 have full combat payload and Gr.4 - yoou must bought Missiles and bombs separate - crazy - in long range fighter bomber

Revell kits with their "Polish quality", moulding into Soap and now an overpriced kits with only one camouflage scheme... "Beau" is my favorite Heavy Fighter, belonged with Czech(oslovak) Airmens in WW 2, but i was very sceptic. When i saw their newest 1/32 Me-262... No, Revell isn´t Tamiya... definitely not. A BIG international company and looks and compare their newest kits with Eduard ! (Small company). Last really nice kit (but too with no sharp details) was 1/32 Bf-109G-6/G-10... Spitfire isn´t Spitfire, Focke-Wulf FW-190 too bad, Me-262 looks as twenty year old kit. Many flashes, ugly white Polish plastic... And do you seen their Gripen ? Canopy - totaly wrong - made from ugly plastic. When i see on Airfix Victor have a mile better as Revell Kits. Maybe Shackleton is nice, but for me unatractive version (i can this who made "Fix" with Cannons in nose,)Small Spitfire - bad, Corsair - mish-mash between early and late Corsair... No, Revell was great in history, but to-day ? Moulding quality is IMHO Very Poor ! I don´t understand... Old kits from Revell (As B-58 Hustler or "Bone" in quarter scale) looks better as their news ! I build an Tamiya "Beau" a twenty years ago, when was a Hot News and it is a Shake and Bake/click n´clack kit.... And parts still looks good, seen on Revell small scale Me-262(too twenty years old) and their canopy part .

Why marginalization ? When i look here or others modelers web i saw every week another and another news... Maybe is marginalisation in Europe Companies only, but in Asia are many agile companies and makes still news and atractive kits...For example:AMK, Meng.Takom, Kinetic.GWH etc... Why do you think our hobby is marginalised ? Japanese, Taiwanese and Chinese companies have their Shizuoka Model Fair in Summer, not ? I excepted a new 1/32 fighter from Tamiya in late Summer (probably Thunderbolt or Hellcat), quarter scale Ki-61 "Tony" was released quickly on end of last year - after 1/48 "Tomcat". No, our hobby really isn´t marginalised In last year i bought a new tool 1/72 Spitfire Mk. IX from Eduard, two big CZAF thematic L.E., two WW I landships (A7V and Tank Mark I), Heavy Military Equippment and Armor(M1070,M1A2 Tusk, T-14 Armata, D9R "Doobi" SLAT and Beute T-34/76, and last month D9R with SLAT and Handley Page Victor from Airfix.)My Wallet cry And on sight is Camel from Wingnut...On final approach to hobby shops and e-shops are (i hope !) 1/72 C-17(My Dream) and new tool US Heavies (B-52G/H, B-2) and B-1 (But i have 1/48 Bone, i ignored smallest stuff). Annnd in 1/350 i haven´t Ark Royal and waiting for HMS Rodney in this scale We live in Golden Times of scale modelling, i think ! Too many nice kits and too few Moneys !

When i compared a Revell and Airfix - Airfix looks better.(But IMHO Revell "Shacky"was overal nicest) I don´t know why Revell have poor moulding quality. Both company are eldest on the plastic kits World. I don´t understand. And i think a good new is returning of Airfix to United Kingdoms. Made in India is history ! Very GOOD Airfix ! (Yup, I´am a Britophil) But... i still don´t understand why Airfix don´t make a Hurricane Mk. I "Late" with metal Wing. And 1/32 British Subject And for this year not another car scale airplane ?

I now open a lid of huge Airfix Victor box - and woooow ! Very nice kit ! And upper wing part from one piece is - masterpiece on first look ! And "Fix" have now a new sort of plastic ? Is more hardest (IMHO) as plastic used in their earliest kit... Very nice and sharp details.... More unicated British subject Airfix ! Well done ! Victor is gorgeous bomber ! I need a new tool Vulcan !

I don´t understand this Italeri choice- Revell Tornado Family isn´t good ? IMHO - 1/32F-22A "Raptor" was better

Oh no, i bought an F.8 Meteor in non Korean War a month ago :/ .... Hmmm, OK, i look´for IAF decals . But... few quarter scale kits ( i like a RoyalNavy Phantom and all variants of Blenheim, i don´t understand why this important types isn´t released in bigger scale. My dream is new tool B-17 and B-24.) And no 1/24 aircraft ? I still hope in Spitfire Mk. IX....

This kit is a another joke from RoG (after strange Corsair kit last year). Ugly windshield, ugly prop.... Huh. When you compared it with Eduard´s state of art Mk. IX/XVI, XVIII - huh ! Really - huh !!!! It´s end of 2017 and Revell Release this as new kit ?!!! HUH !

Baaah, and where is 1/72 La-5FN ? Another "Gustav" (yes, for home market ideal kit). I still hope for more Soviet WW II airplanes... I like their Click and Clack kits.

Hi, i think a best choice is new Academy - is very cheap and looking good. Dragon and Meng are much expensive - and Dragon haven´t Optics for CROWS turret from clear Plastic. Naturally, Meng is too very nice kit, i have it (I love Meng and this kit have a gorgeous detail - and nicest box art 4ever :))) ) but cost 100% as Academy (in Czech cost Academy around 27Ł and Meng around 55Ł... ). Don´t buy Tamiya, it is obsolete kit with inaccuraties on Turret, without anti slip coat and is very expensive... I think - when you need a nice M1A2 Abrams is Academy best choice...

This is a tragicommedy - who need ANOTHER Defiant ? Crazy Trumpeter.... Airfix is nice...

I hope in 1/48 Su-34 a twenty years.... It is a one of most beautiful jet - but when i see a picture of final plastic.... i was VERY sceptic :/ Trumpeter is probably worst kit producer - and price over 100Ł ? This is a good joke... The "Beak" is on picture really strange :/

I think a Hind from Eduard on quarter scale isn´t possible (as their own kit) - but Hind from AMK was very possible. After "Hip". So, buy Hippos and Hind was probably soon I hope in AMK !!!! And maybe in future made Eduard ex-AMK plastic L.E.... But small scale L.E. is gorgeous !!! I Love HIND
