  1. Dear Colleague! I dont know - what variant of the kit You are making (OOB or modified). The kit of I-16 from Academy is the earliest one in 48 scale and has many mistakes. Type 10, used by AF of Spanish Republic had another position of exhaust pipes downwards. Be careful - Academy gives 10 exhausts , but really there were only 9. Maybe some images of my model be helpful to You - on Polish site.
  2. Dear Fuad! Some monthes ago I thought "brilliant" about this work. But yesterday I have seen what are You doing from Fine Molds kit ... So, only "not bad"
  3. Fine example of "nearly OOB" model. This kit was designed in 80-s. The only mistake is a wrong position of recognition signal on the top of the wing (it has to be on a half of the wing length). In pre-war Polish AF was used an asymmetric position of the top signals to prevent correct shooting for enemy pilots. The same situation was in Latvian AF.
  4. Really jewellers job! Very interesting "stand" for this "snake", as I remeber You made this "wooden box" by yourself?
  5. The gift from Your wife is undeniably holy ... But this kit is not a good choice for a model of I-16 (first of all wrong profile of the wings). As I remember many years ago somebody suggested to cut of the wings and use for them Airfix Il-2 one's. For making a proper model of late I-16 the best choice is a kit from ICM. For an early types of this fighter better is kit from Hasegawa.
  6. Hi! Really Great job! I think it is the earliest presentation of this assembled kit in the net.
