For drawings, click the link under the photos. Yes, wing root joint is in a very inconvenient place. -

This is the same famous flooring - Future varnish. -
Good day, ladies and gentlemen! Let me present to you only my idea of the Turkish Air Force trainer aircraft, of American production. The yellow wing, the antenna mast, the not quite accurate lettering of the side number, the subtle depiction of the crescent and the star are entirely on my conscience. This variant was not in the kit, I made it by hand based on a real device. Link to photos

1/48 Marcel-Bloch MB.151 C1., Dora Wings

The colors in the instructions are not tied to paint manufacturers. I took the color scheme from Hasegawa suggested from Gunze. As for the ejection shells holes, I agree - I overlooked it. I fixed a lot, but, unfortunately, not completely. The good blueprints came to me too late. -

1/72 Avro Lancaster B.III, Airfix+Eduard

Many thanks to everyone for the kind words and attention . The Lancaster clearly feels like a cult aircraft for an English speaking audience. Now I don't even know which is cooler - Spitfire or Lancaster . -

There is still a difference - British bombers lived longer than Russian fighters. And I just added dirt from the weather and carbon deposits from the engines - no oil stains and traces of rust. -

These and other bases are made by one of the strongest modelers from Belarus - known in the FB as "Slava Trudu" (Glory to Labor). His really name - Alexander and he has a lot of interesting things for sale. -

Well, if you allow me to talk about the quality of this set from Airfix, then I will say: In order to bring this set into proper shape, I had to add many new jointing lines for panels on the wing and on the fuselage, grind down all the edges of the control surfaces a lot, work a lot with drawings and do a lot of riveting. Moreover, the lower part of the wing is generally incorrectly embroidered and in order to do it correctly, you need to putty everything, and then re-cut the joining. I didn't even do it). At the bottom, I just added some joining lines, which is called "based on". Before that, I collected a set of Lancaster from older Revell - it is better! Because it is made more tenderly. Although there I had to cut the wing for the correct "V" wing angle. With regard to the disposal of military aircraft - we judge this from our height of the 21st century. For us it is valuable as a history. But apparently at that time, metal remelting had a higher priority. By the way, are the aircraft from the Falklands / Malvinas crisis still intact? -

I really respect your knowledge and understand that Airfix chose this prototype so that young modelers would not suffer with weathering. But I can't just do a clean model from box. This choice is also not for me. -

The presence of aces and the short life of aircraft are not directly related. For example, the most effective ace of the Luftwaffe - Hans Ulrich Rudel was shot down 37 times! He switched his planes 37 times! Nevertheless, Rudel is considered the most productive pilot in the history of mankind - he had 3,600 flights.

Good evening, colleagues! Today I present to you the spirit of Great Britain. Red telephone booths, red mailboxes, red double-deckers, Her Majesty's red guards, and finally the red Spitfire! It is the duty of everyone who loves the UK . \
