    Hi Terry, yes, sorry, that may have come across the wrong way. Please accept my apology. I was just trying to show that Italeri must have got their facts wrong saying a IFOR landy was from 1993, that's all and I thought incorrectly you were agreeing. Joint Endeavour was just the overall name for the IFOR mission.

    I doubt those IFOR Landrovers are 1993 Terry. Here is one of my personal photos taken in Vitez in 1993, where I served as part of the 1 PWO group/ Coldstream Guard group un UNPROFOR. IFOR followed this in late December 1995, followed by SFOR, which I served under in 1997. The big puff of smoke is one of many artillery strikes that day.

    Strange, did the kit come with UN decals for a white paint scheme? This would be a 1993 version. Any IFOR would definitely be late 1995 onwards. This was Implementation Force to enforce the conditions agreed on in the Dayton Peace agreement. IFOR hadn't been thought of in 1993 as the factions were still at war.

    Nice! But all UK kit in theatre in 1993 was painted white and UN marked. IFOR didn't come about till 1995.

    Many thanks for the comments..! For those that are interested, and I would presume many have seen this before but I'll share it anyway, here is a photo of Panzer 11 from 6.Komp.Pz.Regt.15 pictured in Yugoslavia that the decals from the kit are used to depict.The tank was commanded by Sec Lt Petzke (later KIA in Russia in 1941) Gunner was Emil Kreggenfeld (heavily wounded in Russia 23 July 1941) and driver was Georg Fiebig. Unfortunately, I only found I have this picture towards the end of my build,or I may have changed some parts to make it slightly more accurate.
