  1. Just a small detail. According to box art, the UB engine has an R-195. But what is a mistake. Only three UB have this engines. Engine and nozzle R-95Sh in 99% Su-25 .... ... and R-195. The UB version has air intake in a smaller and different place. These are just a first detail that are bad for KH renders. That's why I'm seriously worried, that the model will be bad.In contrast, Eduard Spitfire is an early U/C pump perfect model. 😀
  2. This is really fun! The first model was Mk.I early and now it is Mk.Ia! Be glad that it is the Eduard model and not, for example, AZ / KP. Mr.Sulc in with discussion said the U / C selector is different for Early and Late Spit Mk.I and Mk.Ia. Spits in the BoB kit by serial number had an old U / C selector system. But in the new Spit Mk.Ia there is already a hydraulic U / C selector as well as in later versions. I supraised that in the UK,they do not know the individual versions of their own aircraft. 😀
  3. Good news!!! I hope KH repairing the errors that were on the renders. Perhaps the problems will not be repeated as it was with Su-17th.
  4. Hi Werner. But you're only 50% right. The Al-21F-1 engine had the same dimensions and location of the units as the R-29. It had better performance than the R-29, so it was also used on the MiG-23. But because it was the Soviet Union, there were not enough engines. It was decided to use the Al-21 only in Su-17 and Su-24 aircraft. Exports have also been banned. Versions of F-2 for Su-24 and F-3 for Su-17M were longer, had one compressor stage more. The position of the aggregates is also different. I have more details in my archive on Slovakia. I mustto write to my sister to search my archive and send me some things ...
  5. Hi Werner! It's a little more complicated.Su-22M-3 with R-29 engine was only for the lack of AL-21 engines in the 70s. More airframes were made for the R-29, but some of them were completed with AL-21 engines. On some have even used the tail section of the fuselage from Su-20!Typical Soviet improvisation. It was these that were delivered to Iraq.It was for better logistics. I have this info from a friend who worked at Komsomolsk-on-Amur,where the Su-17 produced.
  6. SRY but it is a mistake! Iraq had a Su-20/22 only with an AL-21 engine. But THX,Su-22UM-3K with R-29 in Iran is new INFO for me. These planes are possible from Syria. Only 60,62 and 67 have R-29 others are with engines AL-21
  7. Where did you get the information about the Iranian twin-seater are a powered R-29 engine?
  8. Ready to finish... On Monday I'm waiting for the decals "The Resurrections" and I can finish the model. Small parts are ready. Gun barrels are Quitboost and pitot tube Master.
  9. Very nice work. But my favorite is S. Mk.2B from Operation "Granby" 😎
  10. Too much work and too much traveling and I don't have time for models. Only a little progress.
  11. Next Frogfoot,I'm too happy!!! The KP model is the last reincarnation of the OEZ Letohrad model from 1990.u But it is still the best model, Revell-Monogram is just a caricature. ResinArt produces a detailed set with a new cabin of the right shape and, of course, Eduard, make that model a real Su-25. Kitty Hawk armament has bad dimensions,HobbyBoss is better. If you have any questions, write to me. Frogfoot is my love, I started working on it in October 1989. 🙂
  12. Su-25 pilots in Czechoslovakia trained LLF in 50 meters and the speed of 650 km / h.
  13. My next Cobra 1/48. It's a classic OOB Eduard so there's nothing to write.I used the putty only on the underside of the wing-fuselage transition. Camo is from Profipack P-400 8092. A friend from Bohemia sent me.I started camo classically. After Gunze surfracer 1200 and spraying Leveling Thinner, I sprayed Al paint. The next step was Yellow Zinc Chromate. Also Gunze.Since I only have Gunze RAF brown, I had to spray all the Superclear gloss varnish. The next step was spraying Worn Effect AK and finally camo. FFollowed decals That was 5th months ago ... And now continued. Until now, it was fun, now I have to start finalizing details.I don't like this ...
  14. Werner sry but you have one big mistake on the kit.Ailerons must be tilted up +3 degrees. The Su-25 also has a Mig-29 and +5 degrees. Soviet Aerodynamic School...
  15. I was afraid that it will be of instructions.Sry I'm critical, but Su-25 is my love. This camo is what if...
  16. Very interesting camo. Can you give me a source? The Frogfoot interest me 30 years since I started working with Su-25. I've never seen such a camo, especially in Afgan. Changing the antenna SRO (IFF), the 3 fingers antenna was only on early Frogfoots and for export.Soviets aircrafts had a triangle antenna.
  17. KP are only versions K and UBK. Export version. Soviet versions have small differences. UB and UTG version have a different framing rear cabin. Stabilizers have correct shape but bad profile. SM version is classic Su-25 without any changes.Missing all differences, new antennas, new bomb racks. Only one detail for SM version is new instrument panel.
  18. Right !!! My Rec 08 will be just before overhaul 😎
  19. And before overhaul had 3 different designs ..... 😇
  20. FRU-FRU VJUGA pod is only for Su-22. You need this one. ... and new control panel Next step with camo.... This is original ....
