  1. Ships are up Personally I can't recognise most of the ships. Voted for Scire submarine.
  2. Aren't those sold as a 1/72? Looking at scalemates, aircraft sell the best, fro the other hand Jeep and Cromwell are for pre-order on Airfix side, so I guess they sell good enough.
  3. IBG models posted renders for first Type 89. For sale since firsts days of October. Soon pictures of built model will be posted.
  4. What about General Aircraft Hamilcar? No plastic model so far, great addition to D-Day range or Market Garden. I will be honest, I'm just trying to sneak another AFV in to 1/72 Airfix range.
  5. F-35 won't appear, because nobody will give a Airfix blueprints or let them LIDAR a real thing. If I remember correctly once such information about their R&D policy was given. Such newest military technology is out of question.
  6. Caracal was on other picture, anyway, I'm not so good in recognising those helicopters.
  7. And here goes results 1) Alenia Aermacchi M-346 Master 2) Hawker Hunter 3) Fiat G.91 4) Mangusta 5) Cobra (some newest variant) 6) Cougar
  8. That's sounds pretty bad. No wonder people are telling Hornby shot itself in foot with their distribution. Fortunately in Poland situation is much better. Models shops, both online and normal have them, Allegro (local equivalent of Ebay) have plenty of online sellers, but what is the best, Empik have them too, and even in better prices than models shop, and free delivery to their chain shops when ordering online. Now I'm struggling to not buy a Swordfish from them for 9.8 pounds only ... waiting for B5N1 with some discount code.
  9. Tanks and trucks are here (Plus some boat? ) Military Vehicles : new ideas and proposals: Anyway, can somebody recognise all vehicles? Good, that Fiat 3000 (this FT-17 alike tank) is here. The same photo is posted on Facebook by Italeri
  10. Somebody found a very interesting add in some magazine Link to the source of original news By the way, artwork of Vauxhall is simply stunning, isn't it?
  11. I really can't understand how B5N is a bold step. Operation Herrick groundcraft in 1:48 were, but Kate? Everybody who have even slight interested in history or war movies will soon or later read/watch about one the most famous air attacks in history, Pearl Harbor. I have learnt names "Zero, Kate and Val" a long before I was able to recognise and name every other Japanese plane. Also Airfix is making Dogfight doubles, so some aircraft of opponents are simply a necessity. About opponents, looks like Argentinian Pucara is much more known then I expected, in Italeri pool it have one the top positions. I won't be surprised if Airfix make a Pucara and sell it with Harrier. Also V-bombers will compete with each other. Is not hard to imagine somebody, who after hearing about a new Vulcan decide to not buy Victor and wait. From the other hand, some Far Eastern company could do one. Everybody seems to forgot a computer games. These days a lot of kids learn about military vehicles from there. Almost nobody had known T29 (prototype a American heavy tank), but after WoT introduced it as a important part of American tech tree, players of this game know it. I member guy asking in model shop, who asked about Italeri WoT tanks, and asked if those were real (game is full of prototypes and "paper tanks"). Those tanks were Hellcat and some Panzer Even I was not immune to it, a few years ago I bought Mirage AT-1 (soviet prototype of Stug-like assault gun on T-26 chassis) because I had a great time with it. Old times. Also, what about movies? A few days ago I found out about a Dunkirk movie, I will watch it. I can image Airfix making a Dogfight with Avro Anson and Bf-109E. with big "Operation Dynamo" on it. Lysander looks a bit weird. And those tiny bomb racks mounted on gears looks simply cute.
  12. So far it is not doing very well, or raher, it is at the bottom... Well, AFV were not posted yet. There is no short list, only undescribed pictures, so basically having a recognition skill is a necessity. Master have the biggest amount of votes. Got my one too, those are on the way to Poland. Looks like some temporary happening bug. Just close pictures and start again, it should work. Direct link to posts with pictures to vote: Aircrafts and Helicopters (part 1) Aircrafts and Helicopters (part 2) Aircrafts and Helicopters (part 3) BTW I hope Savoia-Marchetti SM.55 will make it, already got over 200 likes. A double-hulled flying boat from the Golden Age of aviation is a must!
  13. Italeri started to posting photos to be "liked" on Facebook. Planes and helicopters were posted. Anyway, what Soviet plane photo is here?
  14. Estimated Arrival time is different for each currency. For $ it is 13th October 2016, for pounds it is 1st September.
  15. Airfix have re-released a few Soviet aircraft (Pe-2, Yak-9, IL-2, MiG-29) plus a new tool MiG-15 from 2010. I won't be surprised if some one new tool Soviet planes appear, probably from Korea. Anyway there are lies, damned lies, and statistics...
  16. That's wrong, there are decals for three examples. Roden now put one scheme on box back only, so 2 from instruction + 1 from box = 3.
  17. You forgot about adding some who are taking selfie, two variants, one with smartphone in hands, other with special stick. Great addition to every diorama.
  18. German Panther or Tiger with Zimmerit would be a good sellers, Dragon ones are kind of ephemeral, other need aftermarket sets.
  19. They are asking for emails, at least in first phase.
  20. Maybe after experience with 1/48 P-40, which was announced 25/09/2015, and two Asian companies managed to release their one faster, they decided to not announce new models too early?
  21. What is wrong with S-model Panzer I (ausf A), except obvious simplified tracks?
