  1. Great choice John Have you decided on a colour scheme for it yet ? Best of luck Cheers Pat
  2. Hi Martin Great choice of build. These were based in Oban, so I'm a bit biased ! I would love to know where this picture was taken, surely it would have easier to bring a car home from work, it must have been a swine to park, and the lawn isn't going to be too clever either ! Cheers Pat
  3. Great subject for a build Adrian, although you could build this one instead.... Come to think of it, your conversion might be a better bet Good luck mate Cheers Pat
  4. @Enzo the Magnificent, your catchphrase is needed here Any chance of a picture of the CL-215 decal sheet, I've got the original kit and wondered what the other options are. Cheers Pat
  5. Some progress to report, plus I've found some of the rigid multiple section tracks from the spares box so I'm leaving the rubberised flexible ones for another day Cheers Pat
  6. OK, time to reveal what's planned for this one I have the decals for this Airfix Classic and as the Beechnut kit didn't come with any it's a blank canvas as far as I'm concerned. I've searched everywhere for a stand for it, and of course now I actually need one can I find one.... no chance Cheers Pat
  7. Brilliant job Pete, and amazingly quick as it's not only a biplane but with floats too, congratulations Cheers Pat
  8. Got some paint to stick, it's looking better already I've had an idea for a colour scheme, more later Cheers Pat
  9. Great seeing this one join the GB. I don't envy you the white paint over that green plastic Look forward to following this one Cheers Pat
  10. It will be great to see one of the big 1/32 scale kits being built Cheers Pat
  11. Not yet mate, still wrestling with the other Mustang Cheers Pat
  12. A bit of progress to report to take a break from sanding Cheers Pat
  13. The engineers at Triumph wouldn't accept the Rover V8 for the new Triumph Stag, deciding to graft 2 Dolomite engines together instead. The result killed a great car due to its dreadful reliability. 4 separate engines on the Manchester gave us arguably the greatest aircraft of World War 2, the Lancaster. Thank goodness the He277 didn't get taken seriously
  14. OK, brace yourselves but I've managed to get wings attached and it's beginning to show a passing resemblance to a Mustang I spared you the filler pictures Cheers Pat
  15. This is looking the business Cheers Pat
  16. Not sure how I missed this one, please add me to the list Cheers Pat
  17. Great choice Pete I really looking forward to seeing this one being built Do you need decals for it ? I'm worried the ones that came with the kit might suffer from the Novo disintegration tendency Cheers Pat
  18. Sorry for the wait everyone, but here it is Flash-tastic and even different coloured plastic depending on whether you choose single or twin seat versions Cheers Pat
  19. Take care Fred and get well soon Best wishes Pat
