A great build Mart.
It must be one of the best GR.3 I`ve seen in 72nd.
What did you use for the wash? dirt/clean process?
It looks very even and lines well defined.. love it.

I did the same with an old, inaccurate Nakotne Su-30 - turned it into a US Navy WHIF.......
Nosewheel, missiles and markings from an old Airfix Tomcat.

I`ve been following your work since I was a teen and I had never seen that beauty.
I think is brilliant.

Hi pseabra, I`m pretty sure Flankerman reported some errors in the painting guide in at least one
of the Trumpeter Flankers so if you see that they got it wrong, they probably did.
Follow your references would be my advise...
All the best.

Akan paints
in Paint
Hi Todd, I`ve been using Akan for a couple of year now and what I have learnt is that they don`t need any thinning,
at least in my set up (Iwata [email protected]) and they do need a primer, otherwise they are to easy to scratch.
I use Vallejo primer with great results (the one in a spray can).

Now thinking.. it might be worth giving your airbrush a good and deep clean up, I had some trouble with mine time ago and
at first I thought it was the paint but it wasn`t...
