  1. check it out youself Andy Brize Meteor visit 2nd
  2. How'd I miss this one - more importantly, how can you afford one of these John? Those belts look so good - trust your showing em off with the canopy up. very very nice mate.
  3. It was most likely Martin Bakers Meteor - It was at Brize on Tuesday I think. Yes the Canberra's are airworthy (having been at Kemble since last July) but not have flown since. Gary
  4. Looks really good Darren. I know you also did an FRS1, so where's your GR4, Hawk & TSR2???? :whistling:
  5. Yep - tooooooo varied if not. The classic era you might say
  6. Seen this before - nicely done and great weathering.
  7. poor old boy, re listed and just ended at £330 but didn't reach it's reserve - Ahhh
  8. Wondering if the Merlin mod will change the nose configuration to the current RAF, or leave the SAR radar in? Would be nice.
  9. Here goes......1960's only here LIGHTNING Hunter Phantom (late) Harrier GR1 (late) Canberra - tons of variants Javeln Vulcan Victor Valiant Gnat JP3 - JP5 Wessex Whirlwind Hercules (late) Andover Argosy VC10 Sea Vixen (RN) Scimitar (RN) etc etc
  10. Excellent work on your cockpit - looks tremendous.
  11. Not too up on Academy kits - is this the A7 or F4U variety?
  12. Very nice diorama - seems strange to see RN SK's in this scheme. Gary
  13. Jubliee - looking good so far. Another Lightning here too - went to Hannants especially yesterday and bought my early Lightning decals. Don't fail me now chaps.
  14. Sounds like a good compromise to me - Which era though in the Cold war? 194? - 1990 seems a bit too open. 1960's would be good
  15. Well this is a good start - Lets all do a Lightning - (No P38's either) - Corporate theme as it were. Anyone desperate for a Spit can always stick a prop on the nose. Deal or no Deal?
  16. Go for it - I built an F2 a couple of years back and I have recently been adding some after sales stuff - RBF's etc. Got a big urge this morning to get another one this w/e and start a build on ZH809 - she was the Admirals Barge display ship from the 2005 season. Will make a very interesting challengs, all that Brown staining - not! Gary
  17. Liked this on ARC Darren - nicely presented too mate
  18. I'd happily go for a Spit - lots of variety there. But as an alternative, Id like to throw in "British Cold war - 1960's only" - take your pick within that lot. Gary
  19. Incredible work Graham. I take my hat off to you Vac Formers - a true test of model making...........ship Gary
  20. Are we making Brrrm noises while were doing this by any chance?
  21. As most of us appear to build British anyway, maybe we should get our first GB up and running. Who's in?
