  1. This might help Neil US cockpits site
  2. You just missed 8 of them- they were up at Lossie on Monday
  3. and a Mk 5 too - only 2 days to go that thought and its at £37 sadly
  4. Good point Geoff - your right, its tradition that exiting a/c take part in the Queens flypast in June. Always get to see it as the route into London takes them not far from here, so video at the ready again.
  5. Anyone have any reference pics or links to SNEB pods. I could do with a good look up the back end
  6. Nah this one - this one is just plain stupid.
  7. She? God your eyes are bloody good
  8. these sets appreared on Ebay recently - I was very interested so I watched them. Didnt realise they existed. Also, Florent on ARC (the guy updating the Mirage 2000D) produces his own resin update sets - has a link on his listings - French airwings I think. Good site.
  9. did you see this one too? Look for the bloke being thrown our of the door - wonder what became of him?
  10. Maybe becasue they have pulled forward the OOS date by 5 months?
  11. Yep - 6 squadron due to be the next to stand up on the Tiffie I believe. 11 Squadron just building up now.
  12. Breaking news on Pprune announces RAF Jaguar retirement date brought forward to 30th April. I think this is for real. Wont get to see one last time after all
  13. Grey apparently Thunder & Lightnings site
  14. Noooo, I meant the original Black/Greens scheme not the fancy stuff. Ex- Luftwaffe right?
  15. Not sure this directly addresses your question Bill, but I have the very good Modellers data File on the Lightning. Lots of diagrams of F3 cockpits but no mention of colours. However, there is a very detailed section on the P1A airframe at Cosford and the cockpit and all details are Black. As this is early, it may bear out what you read before.
  16. Panda Models were the last rumour I heard for release last year - then axed as was the 1:48 Chinook etc
  17. It's in but if you've been following EF's build on ARC you'll see how many design issues its got too! Too many to part with that kind of money sadly
  18. Stunning model, even more interesting looking little aircraft
  19. I saw your the other topic on this Doug and have already checked. I do have a lot of Phantom books in one form or another. The problem is that all the close up pics show the hubs totaly sooted over from brake dust, so most probably aren't good enough for your needs. I will keep looking though.
  20. Saw your GR1 on UKAR - your others are just as good. Some classy kits there Sandy
  21. Alternatively most hardware shops sell a small pack of fuse wire - usually the pack contains 3 different thicknesses of wire (5, 10 & 15 amp) The 15 amp is quite strong but pliable and is good for use in wheels wells and the like. The other 2 will come in handy somewhere too.
  22. Did you start these before the GB? If not that's some motoring Andy. They both look really good
  23. Not sure if it's just me Ed - but this link isn't working? Nice work Mike -you did a great job fixing that little problem.
  24. Jake - Evergreen make lots of styrene/plastic sheets and also several shapes and sizes of the kind of materials that Model train enthusiasts use - track layout, that sort of thing. Hannants supply it, but their range (in shop anyway) is quite small. Try your local Train hobby shop - guaranteed to have it. I have also seen it on Ebay, and there is an on-line store somewhere that offers it. It's really best to get into a shop though so you can see the large selection available.
