As far as I know, the Block 30 is the most accurate F-16C version you can build out of the box from the Revell C- kit. regards, V-P

Anyway, that´s an excellent news, a new Bf 108 in gentlemens' scale! Regards, V-P

Looks fantastic, Stew! V-P

Hi. The Heavy Stukas are also on the workbench, occasionally. In the rush to try to finish these during the Ju 88 STGB, I definitely lost all QC when attaching the clear pieces. What´s done is done, and it´s time to go forward...
Masks on...
Hu65 on... And that´s all. Regards, V-P

Monthly (!) progress report, and not too glamorous one, I´m afraid... But still planning to finish these by Christmas! Anyway, here´s a few lousy pics to hurt your eyes.
A pot of Xtracolor Azure Blue stirred and ready to dip a brush in! That´s my 30+ years old Mk. 1 Paint Stirrer, btw.
75% done, at that point I wasn´t sure yet as how to paint the Italeri Mk. IX.
Later, I decided to go all-desert with the quartet. Plain Hu225 looks kinda... well, those of us who have changed diapers may understand what I mean!
"All Spitfires look the same" - not!
Hu29 ready, and the canopies got attached too.
Never mind the accuracy - I painted the reverse schemes on the Italeri kits and thought that two was enough for one night! Regards, V-P

one such Hurricane has been on my todo- list since the Airfix kit came out... Well let's first make this 😁 GB happen and then get back to it 😁

Count me in anyway, if Hawks came too late then a ragwing Finnish Hurricane I is definitely pure Hawker product 😁. V-P

So how about the Hawks, Col? If they're not ok, that's ok for me 😉

If you buy the Belgian Tigermeet '09 MLU from the Gravesend hobbyshop, you get all the parts for the Spit-A in it, and have an MLU ip and AIM-120:s as extras
-
PBS, I don't need my Revell Spit-16 decals... Are you interested? I could use one more MLU instrument panel and a pair of AMRAAM:s, if you'd have them left over as extras? V-P
Edit: actually the whole Revell B/NL decal sheet is surplus to me
-
As a matter of fact, this GB needs more Spitfires! If you've started your build within the time frame, who could blame you for not posting the build thread right at the start? Not me, that's sure :-) Have fun, and keep us now posted! Regards, V-P

"Damn, highly tempted to pick" one or two of the Hasegawa weapons sets to "tool up" my AM/BM Vipers, they'd look too clean OOB...

...Group Build for all Hawker designed products?
Is it stretching too much if you allow certain Hawker Siddeley- designed a/c like a Hawk Mk. 51 to be eligible?

Yes indeed, this was extended due to forum software update hiccups! I'll check the first post and correct it, the Rules post should be up to date

Thanks Mark, I knew the Mavericks don´t need the pod. Well, browsing through 1700 BAF F-16 pics at the f-16.net is not the most unpleasant task I could think of . About the RDAF decals, I remember someone pointing me towards a Danish model shop that produced them... just can´t locate the post or the producer . Regards, V-P
EDIT: Stoppel Decals by Stoppel Hobbies - located! A set for RDAF F-16:s 1992 is now on the way to me to do the F-16BM ET-614!

I've asked this before, but can't find the post and the reply, so here we go again: I need 1:72 Danish MLU decals for a non-decorative (just the greys!) bird from OEF, Baltic Air Policing or whatever real missions. So who supplies them, please? Vingtor has already supplied me with RNoAF decals, and the BeNe planes I'll build with Revell kit supplied Daco and Syhart decals. Speaking of the Belgian AM, can I arm her with a pair of AGM-65:s but without LANTIRN? Thanks in advance, V-P

been there done that!! ......and no I still hate BLOCK NUMBERS!!!!
Can't we just BLOCK them from this topic?!

This one´s definitely on my shopping list - but in 1:72 scale, where they have identical sets D72013 & D72014 available. Choosing MT-487 as one of the G-6 subjects offers some possibilities to all you who prefer your models looking very worn down and weathered, like the -487 appeared postwar in the late -40´s or very early -50´s:
Now whose plane is this??? It seems to have the original RLM 74/75/76- scheme, with the once hastily overpainted German insignia quite visible again! Best regards, V-P
-
Looks like a book I need to get in to my hands. The first profile I've ever seen of MT-225 in all olive green, though, and it looks suspicious... But I won't argue about it 😊

Not Me but Bf... a 110 that is (did that get too complicated?) and I'm with it too. BB or GB, any which way it goes. V-P

Yes, T-62 would be fine. V-P

Is there a maximum number of entries a single person can enter into this group build?
Absolutely no! Just check Tony O'Tooles' productivity at the current MTO GB...

Good looking G-10! The Revell kit is in my opinion a lot better that its reputation, and I enjoyed building one. Regards, V-P
