Thank you for the kind words McDonnell. I guess it's the feeling of rejection that's got to me the most. Also the way it was announced was totally disgusting. I might have lucked out as the other school near me is asking for an ICT Technician. Private School also. Thank you again for the support.

Yeah, I am trying to stay positive. It's just getting to me, I've just moved out (5 weeks) so I have no savings at all. It's just the way the school has done it, they are getting rid of 12 of us. Two weeks after getting an Outstanding result with Ofsted. Thank you for the kind words tho lads.
