100% GPMG could be door mounted in all RAF Sea Kings (Yellow and Grey). It was one of my jobs to fit the pintle mount and GPMG at RAFSKTU (RNAS Culdrose). We use to take out barrels, drop them in the sea as target practice. They never stood a chance. As far as I am aware, you are correct in that it was a standard UK Sea King fit.

I would like to build a kit of everything I worked on in my Royal Air Force career. The aircraft are no problem but I am struggling with my 1st posting. I have a Chesire Volunteer figure which I am trying to identify. I have the manufacturer code BW2, I'm assuming it is Bundeswehr but other than that I have nothing. Any help in identifying would be gratefully appreciated. TIA
